Introducing Bible.Tech
A handful of projects have been growing up side by side. One helps people memorize Scripture. One gathers the church's classic books into a free library. One is learning to teach languages through the Bible. One is translating the Bible itself, and showing the reasoning behind every sentence.
They were built the same way, with the same care and the same principles. Today they get a shared home: Bible.Tech.
Four ways into the Word
- Open Word Bible translates Scripture from Hebrew and Greek into a public-domain Bible, at literal, balanced and readable levels.
- Ochorus is a free, multilingual library of public-domain Christian classics.
- Take Root helps you memorize Scripture with spaced repetition.
- Every Tongue, still in development, will help you learn a language through the Bible, starting with Swahili.
What stays the same
Every project stays free, with no ads and no paywall. Every one is built for many languages. And wherever we use AI, we say so: AI-drafted work stays a draft until a named person has reviewed it.
How you can help
If you read Hebrew or Greek, write code, or know the needs of a church that speaks a language we don't yet serve, there's a place for you. Or simply write and tell us what you'd like to see next.
